- Highway 101 North through Marin County
- Take Sonoma/Napa turnoff to Highway 37
- Turn left on Highway 121 toward Napa
- Highway 12 joins 121 as you continue toward Napa
- Approaching Napa, Highway 121/21 then splits into Highway 29 and Highway 121/21
- Proceed North on Highway 29
- Continue north through Napa, Yountville and at Oakville, turn right on Oakville Cross Road
- Oakville Cross Road ends at Silverado Trail
- Turn left on Silverado Trail and continue approximately 2.5 miles
- Turn right on Highway 128 East, towards Lake Hennesey and Lake Berryessa.
- Stay on 128, Nichelini will be on the right hand side about 2 miles.
- For RustRidge Vineyards, continue on 128 East
- Turn left on to Lower Chiles Valley Road and continue about 2 miles on right.
- Highway 80 across the Carquinez Bridge through Vallejo
- On the North side of Vallejo take Napa/Columbus Parkway Exit (Highway 37)
- Stay on Columbus Parkway (Highway 37) until Highway 29, turn right (north)
- Continue north through Napa, Yountville and at Oakville turn right on Oakville Cross Road
- Oakville Cross Road ends at Silverado Trail
- Turn left on Silverado Trail and continue approximately 2.5 miles
- Turn right on Highway 128 East, towards Lake Hennesey and Lake Berryessa.
- Stay on 128, Nichelini will be on the right hand side about 2 miles.
- For RustRidge Vineyards, continue on 128 East
- Turn left on to Lower Chiles Valley Road and continue about 2 miles on right.
